Custom Boat Building Policy

Note: All boats are individually made and custom built. Please contact Chip Flanagan with your design ideas & questions.


BOATS:
A written contract will be drawn-up and signed by the builder and the client to include construction details, specifications, delivery date and payment agreement.

Payment Plan: (5 payments)

  • Initial Deposit - 33% base price
  • Second Payment - 20% (plus accessories deposit)
  • Third Payment - 20% base price
  • Fourth Payment - 20% (plus final accessories)
  • Final Payment - balance due upon completion
Sales Tax - 5% Maine Sales Tax.

Delivery/Shipping: Additional cost.

Builder Warranty - 12 month limited builder's warranty.
